My breakfast: 2 boiled egg whites are a should together with vegetable oats or 1 paratha made in desi ghee with 1 bowl of any vegetable.
My lunch: 1 wheat roti with a bowl of seasonal greens, dal, curd, and rice. Complemented with inexperienced salad/ paneer or tofu salad alternatively.
My dinner: 2 boiled egg whites with an entire wheat vegetable sandwich. And a glass of sugarless milk at bedtime.
Pre-workout meal: Soaked almonds and raisins with 1 banana
Publish-workout meal: Egg whites/protein shake.
I bask in (What you eat in your cheat days): I am going out and about when I’ve my cheat days. Brownies with sizzling chocolate or a yummy strawberry cheesecake are my common favourites.
Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Sautéed greens with low fats cottage cheese, Sprouts salad with lemon and dry roasted seeds and nuts and a low fats Greek yogurt with apple topped with cinnamon and honey (on your candy tooth!)
