Hyderabad: When the state authorities is witnessing a monetary disaster on account of falling economic system and rising covid-related bills, Telangana authorities has purchased a fleet of 32 luxurious vehicles for state civil servants which places the chief minister Okay Chandrasekhar Rao underneath the opposition’s fireplace.

Criticising Mr. Rao’s resolution on shopping for the costly vehicles, Congress nationwide spokesperson Sravan Kumar Dasoju mentioned, “At a time when Telangana is reeling underneath extreme monetary disaster with no cash for Covid medical infrastructure and to purchase TSRTC buses, Telangana CM has the audacity to purchase 32 Kia luxurious vehicles,” he quipped.

He referred to as it a misuse of public cash with irresponsibility at a time when persons are dying on account of inadequate medical infrastructure.
Condemning Telangana CM’s automotive buying resolution, BJP spokesperson Okay. Krishna Sagar Rao has referred to as the transfer “felony splurge” by Chief Minister Rao to “appease bureaucrats” within the state.
“How can Chief Minister Rao justify spending over 11 crores to purchase 32 ultra-luxury automobiles?” Krishna Saagar Rao requested.
In accordance with an ANI report, State Finance Minister Harish Rao had lately mentioned that Telangana had suffered a large income lack of as much as Rs 4,100 crore because of the COVID-19 lockdown in Could and had requested the Centre to extend the FRBM (Fiscal Duty and Finances Administration) restrict to five per cent from the current Four per cent, to assist it tide over the monetary disaster.
