Giving a glimpse of her each day routine, Malaika shares, “I do intermittent fasting, so I do not eat something within the morning as a result of my final meal is at 7-7:30 within the night time. So, I quick for about 16 to 18 hours. I begin my day with lots of liquids, which is heat water, ghee or coconut oil, within the morning. The liquid could possibly be no matter you like–plain water, jeera water, or water with lime.
