Actor Kalki Koechlin’s debut e-book as an writer, an illustrated non-fiction account of motherhood titled “Elephant In The Womb”, will launch on September 27. Illustrated by Ukaranian artist Valeriya Polyanychko, the graphic e-book can be revealed by Penguin Random Home India (PRHI).<\/p>\n
Koechlin, who welcomed her daughter with companion, classical musician Man Hershberg, in February final 12 months, shared the discharge date and canopy of her graphic narrative on her Instagram web page.<\/p>\n
“Here is what I have been as much as over the past 12 months and half of lockdown and parenting! So delighted to share the quilt of my graphic narrative revealed by @penguinindia. \n \n“Out there 27th September onwards, in every single place books are bought,” the 37-year-old actor wrote.<\/p>\n
A mixture of private essays and think-pieces, the e-book is a “candid, humorous and relatable” account speaking about being pregnant and parenting for moms, expectant moms, and “anybody even serious about motherhood”.<\/p>\n
