Kolkata: FIR has been registered towards BJP chief Suvendu Adhikari and his brother Soumendu Adhhikari for allegedly stealing aid materials from the Kanthi Municipality workplace, in line with information company ANI.
The case was registered after Ratnadip Manna, a member of Kanthi Municipal Administrative Board, made a grievance at Kanthi Police Station on 1st June towards Suvendu and his brother Soumendu Adhikari, former Municipal Chief of Kanthi Municipality.
“On 29 Might 2021 at 12:30 pm as per route of Suvendu Adhikari and his brother and former Municipal Chief Soumendu Adhikari of Kanthi Municipality, Authorities tripal whose estimated worth is round lakhs of rupees, was taken away from municipality workplace godown by forcefully and illegally opening locks,” he mentioned within the grievance submitted at Kanthi Police Station.
