Lata Mangeshkar pays an emotional tribute to her ‘elder brother’ Dilip Kumar – Instances of India

Lata Mangeshkar has shared fond recollections with legendary actor Dilip Kumar, who handed away immediately. The celebrated singer has referred to Dilip Kumar as her elder brother and posted a throwback reminiscence, seemingly from their Raksha Bandhan celebration. “Yusuf Bhai has left his little sister. His demise looks like the tip of an period. I’m very unhappy and at a lack of phrases. He has left a number of recollections behind,” wrote Lata Mangeshkar.

Expressing how devoted Saira Banu was to the legend, Lata Mangeshkar additional added, “Yusuf Bhai was unwell since a number of years, he couldn’t acknowledge anybody, at such a time, Saira Bhabhi left all the pieces and served him day and night time, there was no different life for her. I bow to such a girl and pray that Yusuf Bhai‘s soul rests in peace.”

Dilip Kumar’s mortal stays have been dropped at his Bandra residence and a number of other celebrities have arrived there to pay their final respects to the legend. Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Karan Johar and Dharmendra amongst others have been snapped outdoors Dilip Kumar’s residence. Shah Rukh Khan, who was very near the couple, was seen consoling a heart-broken Saira Banu. Dilip Kumar might be laid to relaxation at 5pm immediately on the Juhu Qabrastan in Santacruz, Mumbai.
